Movies With Important Lessons On Love
If you’re like me, you have no problems finding a date on Friday night. However, if you need that extra help, here are some films that can teach you valuable lessons about what and what not to do:
1. Silence of the Lambs: A young FBI cadet must confide in an incarcerated and manipulative killer to receive his help on catching another serial killer who skins his victims.
Love Lesson: Asking a girl if she’s a size 14 is never a turn-on. However, telling her that you can smell her c**t could be. Be careful testing the waters on that one.
2. Alien vs. Predator: During an archaeological expedition on Bouvetøya Island in the Antarctic ocean, a team of archaeologists and other scientists find themselves caught up in a battle between the two legends. Soon, the team realize that only one species can win.
Love Lesson: Love finds you when you’re least looking for it. Just because that someone doesn’t meet your “normal” standards (they have bad breath, a face with pinchers, etc.), give them a chance. Let your guard down, and you might find yourself in love with them, and they might just save your life.
3. The Godfather:The aging patriarch of an organized crime dynasty transfers control of his clandestine empire to his reluctant son.
Love Lesson: If you’re trying to decide whether to give flowers or a horse’s head, always stick with the flowers.
4. Superman Returns: After a long visit to the lost remains of the planet Krypton, the Man of Steel returns to earth to become the peoples savior once again and reclaim the love of Lois Lane.
Love Lesson: It’s never good to keep secrets. Also, you should always use protection.
5. De-Lovely: Inspecting a magical biographical stage musical, composer Cole Porter reviews his life and career with his wife, Linda.
Love Lesson: If you know he\she is gay, you probably shouldn’t marry him\her.
