Just Announced: Fast and the Furious 4 Plot
It looks as if hot cars and fast girls (or maybe the other way around?) are about to come together in a film again. IGN just posted an official Universal Pictures announcement that they’re going to adding onto the Fast and the Furious franchise. This film will be the fourth installment in the series that has been based around drag racing and drifting.
Walker and Diesel attempt to understand how they’re making another one of these.
Also announced is that Vin Diesel and Paul Walker will be returning to their roles as Toretto and O’Conner (respectively). If you count Diesel’s cameo at the end of Tokyo Drift, each has appeared alone in one of the sequels to their original film. Original hotties Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez are also supposed to come along for the ride in this incarnation.
IGN had this to say about the plot:
The flick will tell what happens when fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto (Diesel) reignites his feud with agent Brian O’Conner (Walker). But as they are forced to confront a shared enemy, Dom and Brian must give in to an uncertain new trust if they hope to outmaneuver him. From convoy heists to precision tunnel crawls across international lines, the two men will push the limits of what’s possible behind the wheel.
The previous three films in the series were: The Fast and the Furious, 2 Fast 2 Furious and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift.
