Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull - Trailer – Starring Harrison Ford, Shia LaBeouf, Cate Blanchett, Karen Allen, Ray Winstone, John Hurt, Jim Broadbent
This film takes place nineteen years after the last film, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and hopefully is a much better movie. The passage of time acknowledges the real-life time passed since the last Indy movie and helps explain Harrison Ford’s much older appearance. Now Indy has given up his many adventures and is spending most of his time teaching but now he must stop the Soviets from gaining access to the Crystal Skull. Whoever gains access to the skull will also gain access to all of it’s mysterious powers. Everything sounds like the making of a good Indiana Jones film and hopefully will bring back some of the greatness of the original. Also there are rumors going around right now that Shia LaBeouf might continue the Indy franchise on his own, but I doubt they’ll still be calling them Indiana Jones and the… without Harrison Ford.
What I Plan on Seeing:
Indiana Jones of course. I just rewatched the original this week and I’m really pumped to see Indy again. Hopefully this film is a lot better than the last two.
