It’s time to RocknRolla
A trailer just came out for the new Guy Ritchie film RocknRolla. Ritchie is the guy that’s brought us Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels as well as Snatch. Both those films were great and from the looks of the trailer, this film will have the same style and wit that made the other two great.
The film stars Gerard Butler, Jeremy Piven, Thandie Newton, Tom Wilkinson and Gemma Arterton. And accorrding to wikipedia, the premise of the film is
When a Russian mobster sets up a real estate scam that generates millions of pounds, various members of London’s criminal underworld pursue their share of the fortune.
You can bet I’ll be heading to the theater to catch this one, but unfortunately there is still no confirmed release date so I’m not sure when that will be.
