Iron Man – 8.1/10 – Trailer
Starring Robert Downey Jr, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jeff Bridges, Terrence Howard
During a field test of his latest and greatest weapons in Afghanistan, Tony Stark is kidnapped by a group of terrorists and forced to build one of his top secret weapons.  Oh yea, during the attack he had shrapnel embedded near his heart and thus has an electromagnet installed in his chest in order to keep the shrapnel from piercing his heart.  Instead of building the weapon, he decides to build him self a suit of armor to escape.  After seeing how easily his weapons have reached the evil masses, Tony decides that instead of continuing building weapons, he will turn himself into the ultimate weapon and become a superhero.  Thus enters Iron Man and all of his shenanigans.  This had the great mix of sarcastic humor and action thanks to Robert Downey Jr.

Dude. Incredible. Can't Hardly Wait is my all time favorite movie. If there was a super favorite on IHM this would be it, lol. Very glad i read this blog.
  • richie_rich
I am going to buy Iron Man tonight. I have heard nothing but good things about that movie and i cant wait to see it.
  • Honestly, I'm surprised you hadn't seen it before now. It's one of the best movies of the summer (and possibly year). It just got a little overshadowed by Dark Knight when it released a short time after.
  • richie_rich
I was more interested in The Dark Knight at the time and kinda forgot about Iron Man.
  • versicherungsmakler
I am going to look for Iron Man just now. GREETING FROM GERMANY!
